Season Nine Awards

Overall manager of the year = £5,000,000

Overall Manager of the year
As voted by other Eurowing managers

David Woolmore of Sturm Graz

This season the winner was never in doubt once I started counting the
votes, out of the 22 managers who voted, 21 voted for David, and
obviously his vote was the one he didn't get.

An outstanding season for Sturm Graz, the question is how can he follow
that this season?

Some comments from other managers who voted are as follows.

Pretty obvious choice, should get all 31 votes. In my 9 seasons its been
the most impressive by a side with no real stars or quality. Winning the
EFA cup, and proving it no fluke by being unbeaten in the league is a
massive effort.

Dave at Sturm as the side was left struggling by a few incompetents however
Dave has turned it all around and only lost two games this season.

Manages the League/FA Cup Double from Division 3…not done since Anderlecht in the
first Euro Wing season and therefore not comparable as all teams started out reasonably well
when the game was new. He brought what had been a very shite squad back from the dead
and won with minimal resources. The league was a runaway and he even managed to get
Sturm into the IWC knock-put stages for the first time in the clubs history. In short, Dave took
an irrelevant team and made them a force to be reckoned with…and oh by the way, division champs and FA Cup holders while at it. Brilliant season.

Jp's Acheivement was awesome, to win the division in that prem with that opposition is a monumental task however he should have done that seasons ago!
Ajax's choice this season go to what on paper should have just been a shower of shite
not worth getting tactically worried about, BUT how wrong can you be Sturm Graz have torn
division 3 apart and on top of that beat some heavy opposition to win the EFA cup. On top
of that if they had have had a full squad of players when playing Real in the IWC things could
have been even better.
DAVE WOOLMORE GETS THE VOTE FOR DOING OUTSTANDING WITH A MEDIOCRE
TEAM OF PLAYERS.

David Woolmore this is because he has done a class job with good signings and has
had a amazing season and for me is a good manager. He deserves manager of the season
as he looks to go up the leagues. I look forward to playing him next season.

Has to be Dave at Sturm........two titles, division 3? Doesn't really go together does it!! Has purchased players brilliantly and has a squad capable of challenging division 2 next year.

He's done brilliantly to compete with opposition which he was inferior too,
which shows great managerial ability. Hes done well to form his team
tactically to get results, and being a manager who thinks along similar
lines, that i respect him for.

Need I explain? A Div 3 side performing to the abilities of one of the big boys, Shit his
division, unbeaten in the league, Great cup runs including the EFA Cup win. This guy walks it. No challenge for that, a bloody legendary performance.
